We are a full spectrum Primary Care Medical Office. Our staff provide care to infants, children, adult and geriatric patients. Dr. Mangoba also provides hospital care at Parkview Community Hospital, Riverside Community Hospital, Rancho Springs Medical Center and Inland Valley Medical Center.
Our practice is open to new patients. We accept Medicare, Tricare, all commercial PPO insurance, and most commercial HMO insurance. Our office and the parking lot is handicap accessible. We offer same day and advanced appointments to all patients.

Weight Loss Services
We started offering bariatric services in April 2007. We are one of several affiliated sites in the Inland Empire for the Center for Medical Weight Loss (CMWL). Our center follows the standards and guidelines set by the CMWL, and offers nutritionally balanced meal replacement products from the CMWL. We are proud to report that the majority of our patients are able to adhere to their individualized weight loss programs and have lost significant weight. Medical insurance does not cover bariatric services, but all necessary laboratory and clinical evaluation are included in the program fees.

Laser and Aesthetic Services
Our office offers a wide array of laser and light based aesthetic services. These include hair removal, vein and vascular treatments, and skin tightening for deep wrinkles and skin laxity. We also have two types of photo facials which can treat unsightly pigments, rosacea, acne scars and large pores. We use the Xeo Console by Cutera along with their Limelight and Titan handpieces.
